Returns + Exchanges

We at walk in love. stand behind the quality and awesomeness of the products we create, but if you are unhappy with your purchase, we want to make things better! We are happy to offer FREE returns and exchanges on any U.S. orders, within 60 days of your purchase.

Items NOT eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Items that have been washed and/or worn.
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Items purchased more than 60 days ago.
  • Non Apparel Items that no longer have their original packaging intact.

Can I return a gift?

Yes! First of all, we are pumped that someone gave you a pretty awesome gift! But you can totally return for store credit or exchange that gift if things just aren't working out. If you would like to exchange your gift for another item, or simply another size, follow the steps below. Just make a note in your email to let Alexa know it's a gift you're exchanging. Make sure you've updated your shipping information on the return slip! If you would like to return the item completely, we will can give you store credit in the form of an online gift card.

I live nearby, can I return my items at your warehouse?

No. Unless we are having Open Warehouse Hours (which will always be announced on our blog and social media), you must follow the steps below to complete your return or exchange! Again, it's FREE and EASY!

Can I return or exchange an item that is older than 60 days?

In short, no.  We hope that 60 days is enough time for you to realize an item of ours doesn't work for you.

I purchased one of your designs from Society6, do I return it to you?

Society6 is awesome at returning and exchanging items.  If you purchased one of our designs through them please contact them to return it.  You can contact them here - https://society6.com/help/refunds

FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

1. Download our return slip. Print it out. Fill it out. // Download here - walk in love. return slip

2. E-mail Alexa at orders@shopwalkinlove.com or fill out our contact form for a return shipping label. In order for us to issue a return label for your package, we need to know the following information. (Please include this info in your email of contact form submission.)

  • Your Name
  • Order Number
  • What item you are returning
  • What item you are exchanging the return for

3. Alexa will e-mail you back with a return shipping label. Print this label out.

4. Package up your returns or exchanges along with your return slip. Then attach the shipping label onto your package. Drop it in the mail!

5. Once we receive your package, we will refund you your purchase if it's a return, or ship your new items if it's an exchange! If the item you've selected for your exchange is no longer available, we will email you again to make changes.

6. We all live happily ever after and probably become best friends!

7. Please note that if we are sold out of the item you are exchanging for we will refund the purchase.
