Orange Dreamsicle Smoothie Recipe!

Smoothies are definitely at the top of my list for summer drinks. I have one almost every morning post-workout to replenish my muscles and get my vitamins for the day! There are so many possibilities when it comes to smoothies - chocolate, tropical, berry, green... 

This combo was inspired by your summer memories as a kid - in the backyard with a melting orange-creme popsicle in your hands (and all over your face). Orange Dreamsicles, they're called, for good reason. The flavor will send you into a daydream of those sun-kissed summer days. 

ORANGE DREAMSICLE SMOOTHIE

Ingredients :

- 1 c. coconut milk

- Juice from two oranges

- 1 whole orange

- 1 clementine

- 1/2 c. frozen mango

- 1/2 frozen banana

- 1/2 c. ice

- Mint, for garnish

 

Directions :

Juice two oranges. Add to blender with remaining ingredients (excluding mint). Pour into 4 glasses. Top each glass with a sprig of fresh mint! Enjoy!
