Speaking from experience, I know it can be easy to feel like “What in the world should I wear with this t-shirt?!?! Just jeans?… aggggain?” And thats certainly not a diss on t-shirts. I love t-shirts, and I wear a walk in love. tee 99.9% of the time. (Not joking!) But every once and awhile, I start to feel like I look the same all the time… except with a different t-shirt on, of course. I especially feel this way when it comes to fancier events, holiday parties or date-nights — and with Valentine’s Day being right around the corner, it’s no exception. I mean, in theory, I want to wear a cute dress and sparkly shoes, but I also want to be comfortable enough to eat seven rolls of sushi and be able to literally run back to my car because it’s so cold outside. Valentine’s Day Outfit Inspiration #1: Choose Joy (Dusty Rose)
Easily one of the most comfortable ways to wear a tee is with leggings. But! You don’t want to feel like you just rolled out of bed, or a yoga class. Solution: pair your leggings and tee with cute boots for height, a long cardigan to keep you warm, a simple choker, and a few fun bobby pins for that touch of extra sparkle.

Valentine’s Day Outfit Inspiration #2: Fearfully & Wonderfully Made (Varsity Tee)
Are you a free spirited, no fuss, kind of gal? Then this is the look for you. Put on your favorite summer dress with your tee over it. (Always a favorite trick of ours!) Knot your tee in the back, or off to the side, right around where your natural waist is. You can even use one of those clear hair ties to help keep your knot in place. #tshirthack Add tights, boots and a necklace in coordinating colors, and top it all off with your favorite neutral beanie on your way out the door. Easy peasy!

Valentine’s Day Outfit Inspiration #3: Do Everything In Love (Blush Tee)
This outfit is pink and girly in the best way possible, and you should most definitely wear it to a Galentine’s Day brunch. Tuck your favorite walk in love. tee into a high waisted tulle skirt and you’re already half way there. Pair with your favorite white sneakers and pink socks for a vintage touch. And finally, throw on a basic zip-up sweatshirt to balance out the girly-vintage vibe and bring the whole outfit into 2017.

Valentine’s Day Outfit Inspiration #4: Choose Joy French Terry Pullover
If you haven’t noticed already, active wear has exploded onto the “everyday outfit” scene in the last few years. Leggings, joggers, track jackets, and even basic baseball caps are back and better than ever. But, let’s not forget we’re trying to show you Valentine’s Day outfit ideas here! By pairing our french terry pullover sweatshirt with fun jogger pants, a pink baseball cap with pom pom and fresh white sneakers, you get the best of both worlds — an incredibly comfortable outfit with loads of personality and spunk.

Valentine’s Day Outfit Inspiration #5: Choose Joy
This outfit is the perfect example of how to go from being, say, in classroom all day, or home with your kids all day — to being ready in under five minutes for a dinner date or night out with friends. Starting with your basic tee and favorite jeans, simply add a structured blazer or jacket (preferably with sparkles!), and a pair of ankle boots. And voila! You’re ready to go.

Valentine’s Day Outfit Inspiration #6: Fearfully & Wonderfully Made (Dusty Rose)
Another great way to dress up your tee is to wear colored pants or corduroys. The added color and texture makes everything seem more fun, and allows you to wear a denim jacket and not feel like you’re wearing a “joutfit”. (Google it, it’s a real thing.) Load your jacket with buttons for inspirational flair, choose your best pair of boots, and top everything off with a beanie.

Valentine’s Day Outfit Inspiration #8: Fearfully & Wonderfully Made (Red Dyed)
Let’s say all this extra styling just isn’t your cup of tea. That’s totally okay. Wear your walk in love. tee with jeans, your favorite boots, a basic beanie, and before you leave the house, consider throwing on a really cute pair of love-themed socks. Boom. Outfit completed.

Valentine’s Day Outfit Inspiration #9: Choose Joy Lightweight Pullover Hoodie
Last, and certainly not least, is another version of the “wear it over a dress” look. Except this time choose a heart patterned dress and put a lightweight pullover hoodie over it. Unexpected, yet totally awesome. If by chance your dress has a matching belt like ours did, tie it around your neck like a scarf, or in your hair, for the perfect completed look. Finish off the outfit with basic socks, sneakers, and a chunky beanie, to make the outfit feel more casual and peppy.
