15-Minute HIIT Workout #walkinloveworkit

Over the years, I have experimented with every form of exercise - pilates, running, interval training, yoga. Lately, I have found a happy balance using all of the above in my weekly routine. High intensity interval training, or HIIT, is a method I love incorporating into my workouts. Based on a timer, rather than reps, I feel myself improving and building strength over time.

For this HIIT workout, you will just use your bodyweight, so no extra equipment is needed! I would recommend using a mat for the floor exercises to protect your back. And of course, keep a water bottle handy for hydration!

There are two circuits, each consisting of four exercises which you will perform for 30 seconds back-to-back (totaling 2 minutes for one round). Rest 30 seconds in between rounds and repeat two times more for 3 complete rounds per circuit. Once one circuit is complete, take a minute water break and move onto circuit two, following the same directions for the first circuit. Watch the video for visual instruction!
